Before calling our office to inquire as to why you have not yet received payment for a booking from Adele’s Kids, please do the following:
Examine the voucher that was completed at your booking.
Check that the Adele’s Kids address was entered on the voucher.
Check the date of the booking on your voucher.
Understand that television and film need 30 days before payment is processed.
All other bookings require 90 days for us to receive payment.
If your voucher confirms that by today’s date you should have already received payment, please email us and we will research why payment was not received.
If your child worked on a film or television booking without leaving a copy of the permit on the set of the booking, payment will be delayed until you fax a copy of the permit to the production company.

If you have moved within the last few months, your check may have been sent to your old address, so please email us your new information, and be sure to include the names of all the members of your family so we can update everyone.
